Delete Your FaithVault Account
You can delete your account at any time, directly from the app.
Delete From the App
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the FaithVault app:
1 Open FaithVault on your device
2 Tap Account & Settings at the bottom of the screen
3 Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4 Enter your password to confirm
5 Tap Delete My Account — your account and all data will be permanently removed
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All G.R.O.W. journal entries and deposits
- FaithCircle connections and messages
- FaithStory testimonies and pins
- Profile information and photos
- Subscription and purchase history
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the app and need your account deleted, email us and we will process your request within 30 days:
